Delicious Dinner

Tonights dinner was wonderful.

I made:

Stuffed red bell peppers with onions, mushrooms, bacon and fresh mozzarella cheese.

I roasted the peppers just enough to be soft, and then I pulled the skin off them. The juices were all left inside, and they really were quite good.

I also pouch-baked asparagus in the classic method I use, and it was just delightful.

I had brownies for desert!

Disclaimer: I am fully documenting any backdates. I wrote this last night but because of a fussy baby, it never made it online. I'm still well within the Blog 365 rules.
