St. Patrick's Breakfast

To make things a little festive, I made green eggs for breakfast. It wasn't the normal green eggs that I have been making with spinach and artichoke.

I used food coloring to make them green, green. I am not usually a food-coloring kind of person, but I figured that the occasion suited doing something fun. I have to run to the store today, and I will pick up some corned beef, and we will eat corned beef and cabbage for dinner!
