I follow a lot of blogs, and the only way I could possibly remember all of those sites is with Google Reader. It has helped me in so many ways to follow things going on in the photography industry and in the mommy industry!
If you are trying to keep track of a lot of different blogs, or anything with an RSS feed (such as someone's flikr account), use google reader... it will make things so much better.

I'm a big fan of the google home page...it lets me sort rss feeds out by topic/tab. Same general thing as the google reader, it just seemed to fit my style better.
