I didn't want to get one of those high chairs that takes up a lot of room and that is easy to trip over. I kind of wish that we had one now because I often want to cool with her near me, now that she is able to sit up and be interested in things.
We got one of those kinds of chairs that clips right onto the table. She sits right between us at all meals, and she will even sit there and watch me cook. It is a lot of fun for sure. Here she is enjoying the chair (and chewing on her watermelon).
